Helicopter Weddings
It's the ultimate Lake Tahoe wedding package. Imagine flying high above beautiful Lake Tahoe and saying “I do!” Start from the South Lake Tahoe Airport and see the beauty of Lake Tahoe from Zephyr Cove to the magnificent Emerald Bay. The Minister will perform the ceremony in the air. The flight is approximately 20 minutes in length and the helicopter has enough room for the Bride & Groom and Minister. Cost for the helicopter wedding package is $999 7-days a week, and includes the helicopter ride for 20 minutes, the Minister, your choice of wedding vows. There is room for one more person if you would like them to join you for the flight. There is an additional fee, call for more information.
Due to the size of the helicopter, there are weight restrictions and not everyone may be able to fly. Longer flights are available, call for more information.
Zephyr Cove Resort Ceremony & Reception
This beautiful outdoor ceremony is performed just
steps away from the shoreline of Lake Tahoe, with
incredible mountain views of the west shore. You
choose the ceremony location, on the beach or on the
lawn. Included with the site is a unique, birch wedding
arbor, aisle runner, chairs for your guests, non-denominational minister, a dance floor, and your own personal on-site ceremony coordinator.
The special events area and reception site fee includes a bridal changing room and bathroom located in the Lodge, a 30’ x 70’ tent for the reception with side walls that have cathedral windows, set-up, break-down, as well as clean up before and after.
The site fee also includes heaters, outdoor table settings, tables, and chairs, white and cream linens. Upon request, they may provide you with extra tables and linens for a gift, sign-in table and cake table for no extra charge.

Zephyr Cove Beach Front Ceremony ONLY
$1500 Friday-Sunday & Holidays
$1300 Monday-Thursday
Zephyr Cove is conveniently located in Nevada near the casinos and provides a beautiful place for a Lake Tahoe ceremony venue. Site fee above includes wedding arbor, white wedding chairs, speaker for music, non-denominational minister, professional wedding planner and 1.5 hours of time for set up/ceremony/photos. Decorations not included.
Times vary depending on season. 50 guest maximum. This is a summer location but my be able to accomodate small winter weddings. Parking fees apply and parking is limited in summer months.
