Chart House
The Chart House in Lake Tahoe is located only a few miles from the lake and boasts a stunning view overlooking the lake for a ceremony and reception. The ceremony site is nestled among tall pine trees and fresh green grass. Including in your rental is a natural wood wedding arbor, white wedding chairs, speaker for music, non-denominational minister and professional wedding planner. There are 2 rooms available for a reception depending on the size of your wedding. You can only have a ceremony there if you have a reception with dinner. Riva Grill on the Lake
The Riva Grill is located directly on the lake within Ski Run Marina. Its central location and direct access to the lake offers spectacular views of the lake and mountains. It is almost as beautiful inside as it is outside with its sleek cherry wood bar and wood beams. Riva Grill offers many options for small to large dinners or full receptions, too many to list here, so call for details! They also offer an indoor or outdoor beach ceremony when you book a reception. Please call for more information, pricing and menus.

Historic Valhalla Tahoe
Valhalla, meaning "heavenly place" in Norwegian, is nestled among the pines along Lake Tahoe's shores and is truly a romantic setting for a wedding. Built in 1924, this historic, beautifully detailed wood and stone hall includes a wrap-around, lodge pole pine porch that is perfect for cocktails or outdoor dining with gorgeous views of the lake, hardwood floors, French doors opening onto the porch and a large lawn, a massive 20-foot tall stone fireplace and walk-in hearth, and an indoor second floor balcony. Valhalla Grand Hall is located on the Tallac Historic Site, on the southwest shore of Lake Tahoe just north of Camp Richardson Resort on Highway 89.
The historic Heller Estate “Valhalla Grand Hall” is available to rent seven days a week from 7:00 AM through 11:00 PM, May 1, 2015 through December 6, 2015. Valhalla is closed and unavailable for rental throughout the winter season.
The rental fees include the use of the Grand Hall, the Grand Lawn for receptions only (weather permitting), a Valhalla Tahoe Overseer/Representative, Valhalla Tahoe parking lot gate attendant, tables and Chiavari chairs with white pads. Valhalla Tahoe does not provide dishes, linens, glasses or any serving pieces. These items may be obtained through your caterer.

May 1 – December 6, 2015
Saturday - $6500 (10 hours minimum) each additional hour $500 per hour.
Friday & Sunday - $3000 (6 hours minimum) each additional hour $500 per hour.
Monday through Thursday no minimum hours for rental.
Rental rate of $350.00 per hour from 7 AM – 1 PM, $500.00 per hour from 1 PM – 11 PM.

Private Mansion Wedding
Have your wedding, reception and lodging all in one place in a beautiful Lake Tahoe private home. The main house sleeps up to 16 people and offers 6 bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Need more beds? There is another apartment over the garage that sleeps 6 more guests. The mansion offers a ceremony site and reception site, either indoors or outddoors. Basic pacakge with 3 nights stay for up to 16 people with your ceremony starts out at $8,000. Call for more pricing and information regarding catering, party rentals, outside vendors and more.
